Immersion in the hot for 15 with a rotation to cold for 5 minutes was well laid out at each station. Really enjoyed the red light therapy relaxation room, comfortable seating & beautiful view of the lake. Tucked away in a natural setting away from the hustle & bustle of the city was a lovely surprise, making the experience phenomenal. Would highly recommend this Nordic Spa as a haven for relaxation & recuperation.”
